Baby Book Cards

Hi all. Here are a couple of book cards I have recently made, one for my granddaughter who was one in May and the other for a new granddaughter who was born a couple of weeks ago. I now have 5 grandchildren and the girls are overtaking the boys lol. I took inspiration from Maddy at Izzwizz Creations who does some fantastic cards and projects and also looking on You tube.

  • image from The Clipart Fairy
  • papers from Raspberry Road Designs free in magazine. Absolutely gorgeous collection
  • lace and flowers from stash
  • inked edges using worn lipstick distress ink

  • three pink roses sewn together and lace put behind and then added pearls and lace to make the flower
  • worn lipstick distress ink around edges
  • charm made using beads from stash

Thank you for looking. Karen x

wow how absolutely super well done ... and I am sure your two granddaughters will treasure them ... you have overtaken me ... I only have four grandchildren but unfortunately only see two of them regularly ... (bitter divorce which affects when we get to see the two oldest ones ... so very sad) anyway love your two pink book cards ... happy crafting and love sandy xx
